Empowering veterans and families to move forward with purpose

Where Veterans & Gold Star Families Heal Together
Because healing happens through movement — together we march forward
Project EPIC Forward supports Gold Star families and veterans through endurance challenges that promote healing and connection. Inspired by events like the Bataan Memorial March, we bring together those who've experienced loss and those who stand with them—proving that healing happens through shared movement and that no one walks alone.
Every Step Carries Their Memory
Every step taken. Every mile completed. Every burden shared. This is how we honor the fallen—by helping those left behind find their path forward.

Why Project EPIC Forward
Project EPIC Forward exists to help Gold Star families and veterans take their next step forward—emotionally, physically, and socially—through shared experiences, outdoor challenges, and community-based healing programs.
When a service member dies, their family loses more than a loved one—they lose their connection to the military community.
At the same time, veterans often struggle with identity loss, isolation, and the silent weight of post-service life. This is where PEF comes in!
Meaning Behind the Name:
EPIC = Endure. Persevere. Inspire. Connect.
"Forward" = Action, Hope, Resilience, and Community Movement
Project Epic Forward in Action Across America

The EPIC Forward Approach
Endure the Journey
We don't quit. We carry the weight—physically and emotionally. This is the long fight through grief, through identity loss, through the invisible battles no one else sees. We keep going—even when every part of us says stop.
Inspire Through Action
Every mile. Every story. Every name we carry. We show others that hope is still possible. That service doesn't end at discharge... and grief doesn't get the final word.
Connect with Purpose
This isn't about pity. It's about purpose. We rebuild what was broken—between veterans and survivors. Because the only way through... is together.
